Our annual awards Gala breakfast held on December 5th is used as a forum to showcase and applaud Australian and Victorian enterprise at its very best. As well as awarding the Business of the Year title, we also rewarded those companies and individuals that showcase their leadership potential when it comes to empowering young employees.
Guest speaker Andrew Fuller, a psychologist and scientific adviser to the ABC TV series Whatever: the science of teens, also provided some fresh perspective on how to “Deal with Tricky People” in a workforce context.
